The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to 4saleonsale.com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

A: We are currently only an online store with office and warehouse in XiaMen, Fujian, China. No retail locations.
